On February 28, 2017, the Emulation Steering Committee of the project of Package K - Renovating the Hang Bang drainage system in Ho Chi Minh City held a preliminary review of the awarding of the emulation campaign from October 20, 2016 to October 20, 2016. January 12, 2017 with the goal:

• Complete and exceed schedule;
• Quality assurance, engineering, art works;
• Manage and strictly comply with regulations on occupational safety, environmental sanitation and fire prevention.

Speaking at the Preliminary Ceremony Mr. Tran Manh Tan - Chairman of the Corporation's Trade Union; The Deputy Head of the Emulation Steering Committee highly appreciated the efforts of Project Management Division 1, the city's infrastructure project management board, and construction contractors in the emulation for trying to achieve and exceed the schedule 7/ 10 positions. Ensure technical requirements and absolute occupational safety, with close coordination and support of the Investor as well as the supervision consultant.

The units were awarded and presented with certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Corporation's Emulation and Commendation Council with the amount of VND 240,000,000. Specifically:
