In order to improve corporate governance capacity, the Corporation’s Board of Directors organized a Management Training Program for senior leaders of the Corporation and its member companies for 3 days from November 10, 2017 to November 12, 2017 in Vung Tau. The program is trained by P&E Directions Consulting Company (Japan) with some main contents such as:

• Japanese management system and new trends
• Mid-term management plan
• Business identification
• Quality improvement activities of Japanese enterprises
• General contractors of Japan's construction industry
• etc.

This Management Training Program is also one of the activities under the Corporation’s Restructuring Program.
