On November 15, 2017, WHA Hemaraj Cienco4 Nghe An Joint Stock Company and Construction Corporation No. 1 (CC1) held the signing ceremony of the Letter of Approval for the implementation of Package No. 1 — Construction of Backfill, Dyke, Road and Drainage under WHA Hemaraj 1 Industrial Park Project – Nghe An. This package is expected to be constructed in 390 days from the Ground-breaking date, which is worth more than 311 billion VND.

The Contract Agreement is being prepared by the two parties and will be signed in the nearest future.
