Attending and directing the Conference were comrade Pham Xuan Hai, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union; Comrade Le Dung, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Comrade Le Huu Viet Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director; Comrade Nguyen Cong Public, Deputy Secretary of the Corporation's Party Committee. The conference heard comrade Phan Van Vu, Vice Chairman of CC1 Trade Union, summarize the results of trade union activities in 2018 and deploy tasks for 2019. Over the past year, trade unions at all levels have coordinated well with experts. subjects, encouraging employees to organize production labor emulation movements and complete set targets; Organize appropriate cultural and sports activities, creating a joyful, excited and united atmosphere; Taking care of the lives, income, and employment of employees, greatly contributing to the completion of production and business targets of the units and the entire Corporation.
The total number of employees in the entire Corporation as of December 31, 2018 is 3,193 people, of which 559 are women. The average income of employees at affiliated grassroots unions is 8.3 million VND/person/month, an increase of 5% compared to 2017. The amount of money spent on charitable social work is over 2 billion VND. Developed 252 new union members, reaching 84% yearly plan, established 01 new union. In 2018, there were 22 CSCS qualified for classification. There are 18 strong Communist Unions, reaching 81%; 04 grassroots colleges were ranked good, reaching 18%, there were no weak grassroots colleges. Deploying 22/22 grassroots unions to open accounts at Vietinbank and enter data into the union fee collection software; Of which, 17/22 units have transferred union funds to the union's centralized account at Vietinbank. Complete the 2019 union financial revenue and expenditure estimate report on time. The Corporation's Trade Union has completed the financial plan with CDXDVN, reaching 100% of the yearly plan.
Based on the results achieved in previous years, entering 2019, the Corporation's Trade Union activities continue to develop, contributing to the stable development of the enterprise, ensuring jobs, life, and material things. as well as the spirit of the workers.
Some targets to strive for: 100% signed Collective Labor Agreements have more beneficial content for union members and workers; Improve educational and professional qualifications for workers; Implement a shift diet for workers with a minimum of 15,000 VND/serving, ensuring quality, food safety and hygiene; Build strong grassroots trade unions.

Representative of the Corporation's leaders, comrade Le Dung, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors highly appreciated the union activities carried out in 2018, which are fully shown in the report.
