At the conference, delegates approved a summary report of the Trade Union's work in the first 6 months of the year, implementing tasks in the last 6 months of 2019; Report on financial work results in 2018, financial work tasks in 2019. 

Giving a directive speech at the Conference, the Chairman of the Vietnam Trade Union and the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee evaluated and noted the achievements of the TCty Trade Union in the first 6 months of 2019. The TCty Trade Union has been proactive, positive and be creative and overcome difficulties in implementing activities under the direction of the Vietnam Communist Party, closely following the unit's political tasks; Actively organize practical activities to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union and the 40th anniversary of the founding of TCty. The Chairman of the Vietnam Communist Party also noted that in the current difficult situation, the Trade Union plays a very important role in mobilizing employees to emulate productive labor, improve labor productivity, and comply with policies. of the Party, resolutions of trade unions at all levels, regulations and internal rules of the unit... He emphasized that in the coming time, continuing to promote the achievements that have been achieved, TCty Trade Unions need to further strengthen propaganda work.
