As part of a series of activities to respond to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health 2020; Implement activities to care for union members and employees during Workers' Month, and at the same time visit and subsidize union members affected by the Covid-19 epidemic.
       From April 17 to May 6, 2020, the Corporation's Trade Union organized activities to visit and provide benefits to union members and workers who encountered difficulties in life: occupational accidents, illnesses, etc. occupation, living alone (or parent/spouse/child) suffering from a serious illness, or having reduced income due to the Covid-19 epidemic.
       On the morning of May 6, 2020, representatives of the Standing Committee of the Corporation's Trade Union and the Grassroots Trade Union presented 50 gifts to union members and workers at Mekong No. 1 Construction Investment Joint Stock Company with the number 50 million VND. At the unit, the Corporation's Trade Union shared with everyone: although the jobs and income of workers are not affected, the Company's Board of Directors and the Trade Union are always concerned about the circumstances and families of employees. Workers have reduced income due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic.
       Representative of the Company's leadership, Mr. Tran Quoc Lap - Deputy General Director said: In addition to taking practical care of the lives of workers, the Company also cares about improving working conditions and performing its work well. OSH. Faced with the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, the Company's Board of Directors has implemented many measures to prevent and control the epidemic and awarded 58 million VND to 03 factories that strictly implement this work.
       During this period, the Corporation's Trade Union and Grassroots Trade Union gave 80 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances. A number of grassroots Trade Unions have requested additional support from 300,000 - 1,000,000 VND with expertise, such as: Mekong No. 1 Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, Dong Cau Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, Trade Union VINA-PSMC Precast Concrete Company Limited, Viet Nguyen Number One Construction Joint Stock Company.
       This is a practical and meaningful job on the occasion of Workers' Month and is an annual activity of CC1 Corporation's Trade Union to share and provide timely encouragement to union members in difficult circumstances. Although the value of the gift is not large, it represents the feelings and shares of the trade union organization with its members and employees.
