On the occasion of the New Year 2021, I send to the Board of Directors and all of you working at Construction Corporation No. 1 - Joint Stock Company (CC1), its member units, comrades who have been leaders of CC1 throughout the ages and your families the best new year greetings.

The approaching New Year is also an opportunity to look back on the difficult 2020 Year of the Rat but also be very proud of CC1's achievements. I warmly commend the efforts and efforts of all of you. With determination, consensus, synergy, flexibility and creativity, we have contributed to CC1 having a successful year beyond expectations, creating a firm belief in a prosperous 2021 with new hopes and expectations.

Currently, across the country in general and in Ho Chi Minh City in particular, the COVID-19 epidemic situation is still very complicated, and unfortunately for CC1, on the last day of the year, there are some brothers and sisters (in F1 category) instead of having a warm Tet holiday with their families, they have to practice quarantine away from home to monitor the situation. health status and test results. I am very sympathetic and share the anxiety and inconvenience of all of you. But for the health of ourselves, our families and the community, we need to cooperate well with the authorities in making health declarations, serving the investigation of epidemic history. And it is also very gratifying that all of you who are in intensive isolation have received negative test results for the SARS-CoV-2 virus. I always wish that this grace will bless all of our brothers and sisters who will get through the quarantine period smoothly, safely and healthily. Through this, I also call on all leaders and employees of CC1 and its member units to always be pioneers and exemplars in the best and highest level of epidemic prevention and control at offices and construction sites as directed by the Government, of local authorities and recommendations of the health sector, contributing to joining hands with the whole country to soon repel the epidemic.         

In 2021, the world as well as domestic economy is expected to continue to face many difficulties due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, we need to make more efforts to fulfill the planned goals set for 2021. In particular, it should be noted to focus on perfecting the organizational structure of the lean apparatus according to each functional block, optimizing the use of capital, reestablishing the strategic development orientation for the period 2021-2025, improving the efficiency of investment and production and business activities through changing management methods and working methods in the direction of fast - compact - effective.by applying advanced science and technology and information technology to reduce costs, improve labor productivity, optimize profits in investment and production, thereby improving competitiveness.

I believe that with the consensus and synergy from the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors to all employees of CC1 in the spirit of "Companion to reach out - Share to grow", we will definitely not only successfully implement the production and business plan of 2021 but also successfully implement all the strategic development goals of CC1 for the whole period 2021-2025.
