Mr. Nguyen Tai Anh, Deputy General Director of EVN, said the total investment of Quang Trach I Thermal Power Plant is 41,130 billion VND on an area of 48.6 ha in Vinh Son village, Guangdong commune, Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province.

On 13/12, in Guangdong commune, Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province, Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) and Quang Binh province organized the construction of Quang Trach I Thermal Power Plant.

Quang Trach I Thermal Power Plant project under Quang Trach Power Center is invested by EVN.

A consortium of contractors consisting of a number of japanese and Korean contractors and Construction Corporation No. 1 (CC1) will carry out the main package of design, supply of goods and construction and installation of the project.
