Implementing the plan of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union on organizing activities to take care of union members and employees on the occasion of the Lunar New Year in 2022.
From January 18 to 21, 2021, the Trade Union of Construction Corporation No. 1 organized a visit, wished New Year's greetings and gave gifts to union members and employees with difficult circumstances at the grassroots trade unions. 

 The Trade Union of Construction Corporation No. 1 together with the Vietnam Construction Trade Union organized to give 273 gifts to union members and employees in difficult circumstances at 15 grassroots trade unions, each gift value is 500,000 VND; giving gifts to union members and employees of Long Son Project Management Board with the amount of 5 million VND and a gift.

Also on this occasion, the Corporation's Trade Union has deducted the trade union fund to support Phase 3 for 146 union members, F0 and F1 employees in concentrated isolation with the amount of 430.5 million VND.
Activities to take care of and support union members create motivation to encourage union members and employees to work more productively, with higher quality and efficiency, and become more and more attached to the enterprise.
