On the 11th June 2022, Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC (CC1) has signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Hutech University and attending the The Technology and Recruitment Expo and participated in the Technology and Recruitment Exhibition 2022 organized by the Faculty of Architecture - Arts, the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Business Cooperation Center of Hutech University.
The Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony between CC1 and Hutech Uni with the attending and witnessing by more than 30 enterprises operating in the fields of architecture, fine arts, economics, construction... such as Nova Group, Construction & Trading JSC 2, Thai Son Corporation – Ministry of Defense, Viteccons Construction & Investment JSC, An Phong Construction JSC, Mitek Vietnam and many other companies.
This is an important event to contribute to strengthening the long-term cooperation between the school and our corporation. CC1 is always willing to support and accompany Hutech in teaching, researching, internships and related activities; concurrently, creating conditions and opportunities for students to experience a professional working environment at CC1. Within the program’s framework, CC1 also joined the booth at the 2022 Technology and Recruitment Expo. CC1's recruitment booth has attracted a lot of students applying and participating in face-2-face interviews. Here, students learn about the company, advice on career orientation, how to prepare resumes, the art of interviewing and applying directly to positions that CC1 is in need of recruiting. Besides providing useful information as well as answering questions, students can also participate in many games and receive fascinating gifts from CC1 the Organizers.
CC1 currently has abundant human resources with more than 10,000 employees working in the office and construction sites across Vietnam. In 2021, CC1 focuses on perfecting the management platform, operating apparatus, strengthening the compensation regime for employees with the application of 3P salary to create fairness, encourage and motivate each employee to maximize his or her abilities in the work, contributing to the development of the Corporation.
