On 30/9/2022, Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1) cooperated with related parties to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of the technical infrastructure construction package of Hiep Thanh - Vinh Trach Dong high-density housing project in Bac Lieu City. This is considered as an event towards celebrating the 43rd anniversary of CC1 (01/10/1979 - 01/10/2022).
Attending the ground-breaking ceremony, CC1's representatives were Mr. Vu Gia Binh - Deputy General Director and Manager of related departments.
On the side of BEDA Corporation, there were the participation of Mr. Nguyen Tuan Hai – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alphanam Group, Mr. Nguyen Hung – Deputy General Director – Director of Beda Group Project Management Board and leaders from EuroWindow Group, Phuc Khang Corp, Thang Long Invest, PTSC, Tai Tam Group, Dat Xanh Group and Hanaka Group.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hung – Deputy General Director – Director of Beda Group Project Management Board was pleased to say: Hiep Thanh – Vinh Trach Dong High-density Housing project with a scale of 400 hectares is a project oriented by Beda Corp. to develop into a civilized commercial service complex, modern, ecological, harmonious with natural conditions, river landscape and cultural identity in the southern area of Bac Lieu city center, creating a prominent highlight in the Mekong Delta region".
Also within the framework of the program, Mr. Vu Gia Binh – Deputy General Director of CC1 affirmed: "To prepare for this project, CC1 has ready sufficient materials, equipment and personnel for the project on schedule. With that careful preparation, combined with highly qualified and experienced management personnel, we are committed to completing the project on schedule, ensuring quality, safety and environmental protection."
Bac Lieu is a land blessed by nature with a diverse and rich ecosystem, the richest land in the Southwest. With CC1, the journey to Bac Lieu is a journey to join hands to create large-scale and modern projects to contribute to building an increasingly prosperous Bac Lieu province.

Accordingly, CC1 is proud to become the construction contractor of the Technical Infrastructure Construction Package of Hiep Thanh – Vinh Trach Dong High-density Housing Project, this project promises to become a remarkable project, meeting the needs of local urban development. And at the same time, contributing to the appearance improvement of urban infrastructure tourism in Hiep Thanh commune and Vinh Trach Dong commune as well as Bac Lieu city.
