On December 23, 2022, Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1) – Investor of social housing project CC1 – Felix Homes (CC1 – Felix Homes) officially handed over the Certificate of Right to land use rights, ownership of houses and assets attached to land (LURC) for residents.

In order to create conditions for employees to easily own houses, stabilize their lives, and at the same time ensure social security, the social housing policy has been implemented. After the Covid-19 epidemic season, the economy was seriously affected, the real estate market also faced many difficulties, people's lives were also affected. In such a context, the meaning and importance of the Government's social housing policy becomes clearer. As the leading investment and construction enterprise in Vietnam in the fields of industrial, energy, civil, transport, real estate works, CC1 has invested in building social housing project CC1 Apartment – Felix Homes with the desire to accompany the Government to solve the housing needs of the society.

CC1-Felix Homes project was started in December 2016, completed and put into use on January 15, 2019. By April 1, 2019, CC1 had taken the first steps to apply for a LURC for the CC1-Felix Homes project. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the time to complete procedures for the issuance of LURCs for the project was extended. By September 23, 2022, CC1 had completed all procedures and received the LURC back for the project.
