The Tien Giang Provincial General Hospital project by CC1 and its joint venture as a contractor has a total investment of 2,350 billion VND, of which: Central budget capital is 1,750 billion VND, Provincial budget 600 billion VND . Projects in Group A; Grade I Hospital works; providing works under the Hospital: level I, II, III and IV.
The hospital has a scale of 1,000 beds, built on a total area of over 10 hectares with 4 main functional areas including: Main building block, nutrition house block, infectious house block and other ancillary works.
This completed hospital will replace the Tien Giang Central General Hospital (in Ward 1, My Tho City) which has been overloaded and degraded. This is one of the large-scale general hospitals, serving the health care of people inside and outside the province.
Speaking at the Inauguration Ceremony, Director of the Department of Health Tran Thanh Thao said that Tien Giang General Hospital came into operation with spacious facilities, technical infrastructure and modern and advanced medical equipment. progress will meet the medical examination and treatment needs of people in the province in particular and neighboring localities, overcoming the overload at the previous General Hospital; reduce the load for upper-level hospitals.
