On the morning of April 27, 2023, CC1 attended the Launching Ceremony of Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in the Construction Industry, Worker Month 2023 and launched the emulation at the Vung Tau Thermal Power Plant project. Day 2. This is an activity to respond to the Action Month on OSH, the Month of Workers 2023 and practically celebrate the 65th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Vietnam Construction Industry (April 29, 1958 - April 29, 2023). organized by the Vietnam Construction Trade Union (CXDVN) in collaboration with the Ministry of Construction and Vietnam Machinery Erection Corporation.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Le, Member of the Party Personnel Committee of the Ministry of Construction, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Confederation of Confederation of Confederation of Confederation of Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Vietnam Confederation of Labor, emphasized: The launching ceremony of Action Month on OSH and Workers' Month 2023 today is an activity of great significance, continuing to raise awareness and actions of agencies, businesses, employers and employees in OSH work; create more attention of the Party committees, authorities and employers for employees; encourage employees to emulate creative labor, promote production and business development. This is the peak time for agencies, units, enterprises and trade unions at all levels to organize and coordinate activities to take care of union members and employees, both materially and spiritually; step up the implementation of measures to improve working conditions, reduce pollution of the working environment, limit occupational accidents, occupational diseases and take care of workers' health.

At the ceremony, Mr. Phan Duy Thuong, Deputy Director of the State Department of Construction Quality Assessment launched the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health of the Construction Industry 2023 from May 1 to 31, 2023 with the theme " Strengthen the development of safe working procedures and measures and improve working conditions and reduce stress in the workplace. Through organizing activities to respond to the Action Month on OSH in order to implement the Government's policy on the program of socio-economic recovery and development after the COVID-19 pandemic; promote agencies, units, employers, employees and society to pay attention and strictly enforce the law on OSH; at the same time, promoting specific action programs on improving working conditions, reviewing and developing safe working processes and measures, assessing occupational safety and health risks and hazards; take care of and improve workers' health, prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases.​

Mr. Phan Duy Thuong, Deputy Director of the State Department of Construction Quality Assessment launched the Action Month on OSH in the Construction sector in 2023.

Also within the framework of the program, the Communist Party of Vietnam awarded 03 collective gift boxes and 150 gifts, each worth 1 million VND to union members and workers who are participating in the construction of the project.

It is known that CC1 is the construction contractor of Vung Ang 2 Thermal Power Plant Project with a contract value of more than VND 382 billion, implementation time until October 2024, completed 45% contract value. This is one of the key projects built adjacent to Vung Ang I Thermal Power Plant, expected to be completed and put into operation in the third quarter of 2025.
