On May 20, 2023, Construction Corporation No. 1 - Joint Stock Company (CC1) participated in the "Technology Exhibition and Recruitment Day for Architecture - Fine Arts - Interior and Construction - HUTECH Exhibition on Art, Architecture - HUTECH Exhibition on Art, Architecture" & Construction 2023”  and sponsored the "Fund for developing skills of students at Hutech University". CC1 believes that solid specialized knowledge and soft skills will help students be confident and successful in their future jobs.

With the goal of developing a dynamic, creative generation of students, fully converging knowledge and skills to work effectively in a competitive environment, in line with the needs and development orientation of human resources at the time. In the new era, CC1 has participated in sponsoring "Hutech University's Student Skills Development Fund".

According to CC1, in addition to training knowledge for students, focusing on equipping soft skills will help students be confident, solve problems and have more opportunities to find jobs and succeed in work.
