On the morning of July 25, 2023, Construction Corporation No. 1 - Joint Stock Company (CC1) and the Investor VSIP Development Company Limited - Sembcorp Gateway performed the topping out ceremony of The Habitat Binh Duong project, marking the column milestone for completing the project's structural items.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Foo Chew Sam - Deputy General Director of VSIP Development Company Limited - Sembcorp Gateway; Mr. Pham Canh Dong - Director of Civil Construction Division of Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC and all subcontractors and suppliers participating in the project.
The Habitat Binh Duong project is located at the front of 08 Huu Nghi Avenue, Binh Hoa ward, Thuan An city, Binh Duong province; has a total area of about 4 hectares with 11 towers. In particular, phase 3 has 06 towers, from 16 to 18 floors high.
