On the morning of October 11, 2023, Construction Corporation No. 1 - Joint Stock Company (CC1) - Investor of Social Housing Project CC1 Apartment Area - Felix Homes (CC1 - Felix Homes) officially handed over the Certificate Land use rights, ownership of houses and assets attached to land (Land Use Rights Certificate) Phase 2 for residents at the Corporation Headquarters.
Attending the program, there was the presence of Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung - Deputy General Director of Investment; Mr. Tran Vinh Phuc - Investment Director and all residents on the list to receive Land Use Rights Certificates for Phase 2.
CC1-Felix Homes project was started in December 2016, completed and put into use on January 15, 2019. By April 1, 2019, CC1 took the first steps to complete the procedures to apply for a Land Use Rights Certificate for the CC1-Felix Homes project. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, due to the procedure time, this led to the extension of the time to complete the procedures for granting Land Use Rights Certificates for the project. By December 23, 2022, CC1 officially handed over (Land Use Rights Certificate) Phase 1 to residents.
