On the afternoon of October 12, 2023, CC1 participated in the Topping-out Ceremony of the Golden City An Giang Social Housing Project - Tower T4, serving as the construction contractor. The event was organized by the Investor, Dong A Services & Trading Joint Stock Company.

Present at the ceremony from CC1 was Mr. Pham Canh Dong, Deputy General Director of the Civil Construction Division, along with the company's staff working on the project. From the Investor's side, there was Mr. Do Dang Dung, General Director of Dong A Services & Trading Joint Stock Company, and the company's staff.

Located at the strategic intersection of Nguyen Hoang and Nguyen Thai Hoc (My Hoa Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province), the Golden City An Giang Social Housing Project is flexibly connected to key areas within and outside the city through a modern and synchronized transportation system. As a result, future residents will have full access to the city's top-tier healthcare, education, and entertainment facilities in Long Xuyen City.

The Golden City An Giang Social Housing Project consists of 9 buildings, each with 10 above-ground floors and 1 basement floor, comprising a total of 2,578 modernly designed apartments. Speaking at the Topping-out Ceremony, Mr. Pham Canh Dong - Deputy General Director of the Civil Construction Division - representing the project's construction unit, shared:"Despite the challenges faced by the real estate market, with the smooth support and cooperation from the Investor, Main Contractor, and consulting units, CC1, in its role as the project's construction unit, has focused all available resources, from manpower and finances to machinery and equipment, as well as related conditions, to organize the construction process scientifically. This ensures compliance with technical procedures and artistic requirements, completing the project on schedule while ensuring labor safety and environmental hygiene."

Currently, the construction progress of Block T3 of the Golden City An Giang social housing project is also proceeding urgently, with the topping-out ceremony expected to take place in October. Alongside this, the utility systems and landscaping at the project are also gradually being completed in preparation for handover to customers.
