Quang Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant is a national key project in the energy field, located in Vinh Son village, Quang Dong commune, Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province with a total main plant area of about 48.6 hectares. , including 2 units with a total installed capacity of 1403 MW. It is expected that when put into operation, Quang Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant will provide the national power grid with a commercial electricity output of about 7.8 billion kWh/year.
According to the report of the General Contractor consortium, the overall progress of the project has reached 45,06%; of which design work reached 79.5%; Procurement work reached 58%; Completed contracts for 78 items; Construction and installation work reached 6,86%. Regarding construction quality, quality control at the construction site is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the contract and current regulations. The inspection of machinery and equipment serving construction at the construction site has been strictly implemented. Cleaning, waste management, wastewater, exhaust gas and periodic monitoring are complied with the law on environmental protection... Ensuring safety, security and environmental sanitation of the project . Up to now, the Quang Trach I project has achieved over 3.6 million safe working hours. This is a very remarkable result of the general contractor consortium and the units participating in the project, including CC1.
Also within the framework of the meeting, CC1 and the contractor consortium specifically reported difficulties and obstacles during project implementation and proposed solutions.
