(Lang Son, September 17 and 19, 2024) Representatives of the Board of Directors of Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC (CC1) and representatives of Departments and Offices visited and presented gifts of encouragement at the Management Board of Hai Son Building Project and Na Duong II Thermal Power Plant Project. These are two projects located in provinces and cities affected by storm No. 3 (Yagi) in the recent past.
The visit was attended by Mr. Phan Van Chinh - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hung - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Corporation and representatives of the Departments.
On this occasion, the Board of Directors of the Corporation also awarded the "Disciplinary Action" award for 2 consecutive months (June and July 2024) to the Management Board of Hai Son Building Project.
In an excited mood after receiving the double “Disciplinary Action” Award in June and July, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Bac – Director of the Executive Board and Commander of the Hai Son Building Project shared that the members of the Executive Board have always been steadfast and set high goals in their work in the past time. The award is the clearest proof of the continuous efforts, dedication with the spirit of steel and perseverance of the construction workers. He pledged to work with the Executive Board to maintain the spirit and determination to bring the project to a successful finish line.
Mr. Phan Van Chinh praised the management team of Hai Son Building Project for their perseverance, unity and determination in their work. The Board of Directors of the Corporation wishes to commend and encourage their spirit for their efforts in the past time. He shared that in the coming time, the Corporation will continue to have practical visits and work with the spirit of accompanying the staff, helping to complete the common goal.
At the visit to the Na Duong II Project, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hung - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Corporation shared his encouragement to the members of the Executive Board. Although located in a locality heavily affected by storm No. 3 (Yagi), the members still maintained a spirit of urgency, quickly overcoming difficulties to bring the project back to operation as soon as possible.
In response to the encouragement, Mr. Nguyen Nhu Hoan - Director of the Na Duong II Thermal Power Plant Project Management Board sent his thanks to the Board of Directors and the Trade Union of the Corporation. He shared that currently, the management board members are ready to return to work progress and continue to ensure progress, quality, safety and efficiency.
It is known that the two above-mentioned projects are in the list of key projects in the North of CC1 at the present time. The Hai Son Building project has a scale of 4 basements and 27 floors above ground, classified as high-end (class A) located in Cau Giay district, Hanoi city. CC1 plays the role of the project's construction contractor, undertaking the construction items of bored piles, diaphragm walls, pile extraction and demolition of old structures. Meanwhile, at the Na Duong II Thermal Power Plant project in Na Duong town, Loc Binh district, Lang Son province, CC1 participates in the implementation of the EPC contract for design, construction and procurement of the main plant with a capacity of 110 MW as the leading member of the CC1-DR (China) consortium./.
