CC1 LAUNCHES E-LEARNING TO SUPPORT COMPREHENSIVE CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT FOR HUMAN RESOURCES


(Ho Chi Minh City, September 27, 2024) The Kick-off program of the E-Learning system of Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC (CC1) took place successfully at the Head Office and Project Management Boards nationwide via online form.

The program had the presence of Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Tran - Director of Administration - Human Resources, Mr. Tran Van Pha - Director of Construction and Installation., Department manager and all CC1 staff.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the E-Learning system Kick-off program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Tran said that continuous learning is a key factor for businesses to develop, especially in the context of rapidly changing technology and society. However, according to practical observations, for construction companies like CC1, many employees have to work overtime so they cannot participate in direct training courses at the same time. Therefore, the implementation of E-Learning is practical, not only supporting the development of individual capacity but also contributing to the overall development of the Corporation. She commented that this event is an important step in the strategy of developing human resources and enhancing the competitiveness of CC1.

According to the instructions from Mr. Nguyen Chi Thien - Manager of Learning and Development Department, E-Learning is a tool to build an online lecture system that integrates a systematic design feature and is regularly updated with data. Through this tool, CC1 staff have the opportunity to access academic knowledge and soft skills in line with the latest trends. With personalized experiences, self-selection of learning content, self-management of learning time, E-Learning brings users the most comfort, flexibility and optimization. More specifically, in the future, this will not only be a learning platform but also provide spaces for communication, sharing, exchanging experiences and mutual support of CC1. 

Closing the Kick-off program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Tran emphasized that the success of the E-learning program depends greatly on the active participation and proactive learning spirit of all CC1 employees. 

It is known that, according to the expectation of the Board of Directors, CC1 will apply E-Learning as a tool to build Culture of sharing – Culture of proactive learning – Knowledge libraryThis is the foundation for each individual at CC1 to develop their own capacity, and the organization uses this as a premise to develop according to the common goals set out in the future. 

Continuing part 1 of the program, Mr. Tran Van Pha - Construction Director shared his experiences in developing working skills and self-development during his time working at CC1. Thereby, he emphasized that "Positive thinking" and "Effective time management" are the two most important factors to ensure the success of project management.

At the end of the sharing session, all managers and staff discussed the E-Learning program and enthusiastically interacted with Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Tran and Mr. Tran Van Pha. We believe that with the determination and efforts of the Board of Directors and all CC1 staff, the E-Learning program and internal knowledge sharing sessions will achieve the best results and create new breakthroughs in the future./.
