In the context of increasingly volatile and fiercely competitive business, improving work performance is not only a requirement but also a vital factor for the sustainable development of each individual and organization. At the seminar, speaker Mark Hemingway pointed out 6 essential keywords to remember so that businesses can achieve the highest performance: Purpose; Preparation; People; Positivity; Passion; and Perseverance. Each element is not only a basic principle but also a connection that helps build a strong and effective team.
He also emphasized the role of effective communication and a sense of responsibility in teamwork to create a positive working environment, which is also the basis for the sustainable development of the organization.
Also within the framework of the program, Mr. Hemingway shared inspirational success stories, from initial difficulties to current success. He emphasized: “When we work together in a positive environment, with clear leadership, we will overcome all barriers and maximize our capabilities.”
