On the morning of November 22, 2024, at the Graduation Ceremony of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC (CC1) left a deep impression when appearing as a speaker. This event not only marked the transition of young people from the classroom to the real journey, but also an opportunity for CC1 to inspire future new engineers as well as share its vision for the sustainable development of the Vietnamese construction industry.
At the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Le Anh Tuan, Head of the Faculty of Civil Engineering shared: “Today’s graduation ceremony is a very meaningful milestone, recognizing the hard work and perseverance of our students, especially the 2020 class – who have overcome countless challenges in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. On behalf of the Faculty, I would like to express my deep gratitude to our families, teachers, and alumni who have always accompanied, supported, and awarded meaningful scholarships, contributing to brightening the spirit of solidarity and sharing of the big family of the Faculty of Civil Engineering.”

Also within the framework of the program, Mr. Le Bao Anh, General Director of CC1, gave an inspiring speech, encouraging new engineers to constantly innovate and learn: “Today, I am extremely honored to be here to share the joy of this important day. As a former student of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and currently the General Director of CC1, I understand the difficulties and efforts that you have overcome to achieve the results of today.
Now, as you prepare to embark on a new journey, I would like to say a few words: keep learning to adapt to the innovation of the construction industry, always put responsibility and quality first in every job. At the same time, work with team spirit, as well as bravely accept challenges and maintain the flame of passion. That is the foundation to help you overcome all difficulties and create sustainable success. I believe that with good preparation from the school and a spirit of progress and creativity, you will bring many proud values to yourself and to the Vietnamese construction industry."
Not only did he share inspirational stories, Mr. Le Bao Anh also shared real stories about CC1’s journey of development, overcoming challenges and achieving achievements in the construction sector over the years. These stories have highlighted the value of efforts, sustainable thinking and application of modern technology in the design and construction of large projects.
A student attending the ceremony shared: “The advice and stories from CC1 representatives not only inspired me but also helped me better understand the career path ahead. I realized that creativity and responsibility are the keys to success in the construction industry, along with daring to take risks and strive to reach out.”
