On January 21, 2025, Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC (CC1) held a signing ceremony to receive the handover of strategic goals 2027 and KPI 2025 in a solemn and meaningful atmosphere. The ceremony is not only a guideline and strategic vision to help CC1 reach consensus, steadfastly and confidently move forward, but also marks the strong commitment of the CC1 ecosystem's Board of Directors in realizing the set goals and plans.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Van Huan - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Bao Anh - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director, Mr. Phan Van Chinh - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors along with members of the Board of Directors and representatives of the leaders of the Blocks, departments, offices, and member companies in the CC1 ecosystem.
Opening the ceremony, Mr. Le Bao Anh affirmed: “Many opportunities and challenges await ahead, but with the efforts, determination and consensus of the staff, I believe that CC1 will successfully implement the 2025 production and business plan and the 2027 strategic goals, affirming its position as a leading enterprise and prestigious investor in the domestic and regional construction sector.”

Following the program, Mr. Nguyen Van Huan, Mr. Le Bao Anh and the Board of Directors of the Blocks and member companies in the CC1 ecosystem signed the KPI, demonstrating a high determination to complete the set strategic goals.

In the next sharing, Mr. Nguyen Van Huan directed 4 main competitive advantages that CC1 focuses on in 2025-2027. including: applying information technology and international standards in management and administration; building a large-scale supply chain, operating at high speed and with outstanding efficiency; developing a professional management system, culture and people, easily replicable in member companies; and building CC1 into a multi-industry corporation to increase efficiency, expand outstanding business opportunities for all companies in the ecosystem, as well as create breakthroughs in the future.

Mr. Nguyen Van Huan also emphasized the importance of synchronously developing internal human resources and digital transformation in all activities of the group.
