On the morning of September 28, 2024, CC1 attended the program "Bach Khoa Career Fair 2024" at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - VNU-HCM. HCMUT Career Fair 2024 is one of the largest recruitment programs in the South with the association of hundreds of leading enterprises in the country's key industrial sectors. CC1 is honored to be the Gold Sponsor at the program.
In the current economic context, the connection between employers and students is more necessary than ever. The 2024 Bach Khoa Job Fair is not only a place to exchange information but also a forum for students to express themselves through direct interviews, thereby receiving job offers on the spot. This year, the event brought together leading businesses in the fields of construction, technology, engineering, economics, finance, etc. to bring students thousands of job opportunities, internships and business exchanges. On the sidelines of the event, there were also seminars and specialized talks to help students update career trends and the labor market.
In his opening speech, Associate Professor Dr. Huynh Ky Phuong Ha, Vice Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, said that this is an annual event for businesses and new graduates of the University of Technology. “The program is a good opportunity for students majoring in technology, engineering, and economics to learn about the job market, recruitment needs, and application requirements of businesses with thousands of job vacancies and attractive promotion opportunities,” Associate Professor Dr. Ha emphasized.
Within the framework of HCMUT Career Fair 2024, at the recruitment booth, CC1 attracted a large number of interested students, applied and participated in direct interviews. Here, students had the opportunity to learn about the company, receive advice on career orientation, application preparation process, interview skills and submit applications for the positions that CC1 is recruiting.
In addition to answering questions and providing useful information, students also have the opportunity to participate in many interesting games and receive attractive gifts from CC1.
Directly participating in the discussion with the topic: "Integration - Career" in the morning of the same day, representatives of CC1 leaders including: Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc - Member of the Board of Directors (Former student of the Faculty of Construction Engineering (KTXD) - K.91); Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Tran - Director of Human Resources Administration; Mr. Nguyen Le Minh - Head of Quality Management Department (Former student of the Faculty of Construction Engineering - K.201) and Mr. Duong Xuan Sang - Head of Engineering & BIM Department (Former graduate student of the Faculty of Construction Engineering - K.19) shared and answered questions from students about the contents such as: management skills and self-development, building a plan for success as well as issues related to start-up experience, corporate culture, experience integrating into a new working environment, and professional ethics, ...
