Dear CC1 family,

Spring - the season of new beginnings, hopes and aspirations is approaching. This year's Tet not only brings the breath of the changing sky and earth, but also marks the strong movements of the Vietnamese economy. According to IMF forecasts, the Vietnamese economy promises to reach a scale of more than 506 billion USD by 2025, firmly standing in the global top 33. This is a strong testament to the nation's resilient rise, and at the same time a great source of inspiration for CC1 to continue its journey to conquer new heights.

Last year, despite the many challenges faced by the construction market, CC1 was still proud to affirm its position as one of the leading enterprises in the industry. From large-scale projects to iconic works, we have constantly innovated, ensuring progress and quality that meet the most stringent standards. These achievements are not only demonstrated by impressive figures, but also by the firm trust of domestic and foreign customers and partners. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to express my deep gratitude and warm congratulations to all of you for a year of hard work, dedication and perseverance. The successes that CC1 achieved in the past year not only came from the right development strategy and timely direction of the Board of Directors, but also from the tireless dedication of each individual in the CC1 family. You are the ones - with your talent, enthusiasm and sense of responsibility - who create success, bringing the CC1 brand further and further.

However, to make the aspiration of bringing CC1 to new heights come true, 2025 will be the milestone that we need to focus all our efforts, stronger than ever. With the belief in the sustainable development strategy and core values that have been forged over the years, I have made an important decision: to resign from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC to take on the role of Member of the Board of Directors, and at the same time devote all my heart to leading CC1-Holdings as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

This is not simply a change in role, but a strategic move with a long-term vision, aiming to make a big difference in shaping the future of the entire CC1 system. More than ever, I have deep faith in the dedicated and wise leadership of the Board of Directors, and above all, in the spirit of solidarity, enthusiasm and tireless dedication of each member of the CC1 family. It is this unity that will give us the strength to overcome all challenges, build not only sustainable projects but also create lasting values, timeless marks, affirming CC1's position in the industry and in the hearts of all partners and customers.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

For me, that saying is not only a philosophy, but also a guiding principle in the journey of building and developing the CC1 family. Over the past 45 years, we have together created works that not only stand tall in shape but also bear the mark of time. Solid buildings, bridges connecting the two banks, or roads stretching like lifeblood - all are not simply the results of labor, they are symbols of a burning love for the profession, a spirit of endless creativity and responsibility placed completely in every smallest detail.

In the past 45 years, CC1 has not only built projects, but also great dreams that are forged with passion, dedication and intelligence. And now, when the world is changing strongly in the era of technology and globalization, we must maintain the spirit of creativity, love for the profession and the desire to break through to continue creating everlasting values, for today and the future.

Spring is not only the beginning of a new year, but also a time to look back on the past journey, appreciate the efforts and prepare for the brilliant steps ahead. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to wish all of you and your families a happy new year of good health, peace and great success. I hope that the flame of passion in each heart will continue to burn fiercely, lighting up the journey to new heights. 2025 promises to be a year full of opportunities but also many challenges. I believe that with love for the profession, the desire for innovation and the spirit of solidarity, CC1 will continue to reach out, building more and more works that bear the mark of time.
