The 1st General Meeting of Shareholders of Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC was held at 8:30 a.m. October 10, 2016, at GEM Convention Center, No. 8 Nguyen Binh Khiem, Da Kao ward, district 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
The congress was a great success and approved the following main contents:
1. Approving the organization and operation charter of Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC
2. Approving the 2016 production and business plan and orienting the 5-year production, business and development investment plan from 2016 to 2020
3. Approving the commitment to implement the Restructuring Project approved by the Ministry of Construction and the commitments to participate in Project 2 – Program “SOE Reform and Corporate Governance Support” funded by ADB
4. Approving the 2016 Board of Directors and Supervisory Board remuneration plan
