Mr. Nguyen Van Huan has more than 10 years as Chairman of the Board of Directors at real estate and real estate enterprises. At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on January 21, 2021, he was appointed chairman of Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC.

With the starting point of being a construction architect, Mr. Phan Van Chinh has experienced many important positions in companies such as General Director of ADC Construction - Architecture Company, Deputy General Director of Ha Do Group, member Board of Directors of Ha Do 756 Saigon Joint Stock Company, he holds the position of Deputy General Director of External Relations and Investment - Keytech Joint Stock Company - HHD Group and was once appointed Deputy General Director of the Corporation on January 25th/ 2021. Currently, he holds the role of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Vinh has 15 years working in securities companies. From 2019 until now, he has held the position of Director of Ho Chi Minh Branch - KB Vietnam Securities Joint Stock Company. Currently, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Vinh is appointed as an independent member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC.
