Job Description:
– Prepare and control construction drawing approval documents, material samples, etc.
– Control the quality of all input materials, according to technical standards and approved samples, with a list of acceptance records.
– Provide quality documents and support the construction QS department to complete payment settlement documents with the Investor/Contractor.
– Coordinate with the Supervision department to conduct internal acceptance with the contractor, accept work/phase/handover with the Supervision Consultant/Investor
– Check for discrepancies and missing construction information from construction design documents, instructions from the Supervision Consultant and Investor.
– Receive, coordinate with the Supervision department to process and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) from the Supervision Consultant and Investor.
– Maintain quality related records
– Establishing the contract with the investor and subcontractor
Job Requirements:
- Graduated from university majoring in construction;
– Have teamwork skills;
– Understand materials and related documents;
– Proficient in specialized software;
- Able to withstand high work pressure, willing to learn and have a progressive spirit, willing to travel far for work.
– Have leadership and decision making skills
