FORMATION AND ACTIVITIES
With the aim of contributing to a more enhanced and the real value in life, CC1 integrates such criteria into its planning and design functions during the planning stages of its projects to ensure optimized solutions in areas of planning, architecture, design, structure, landscape, etc. Design & Consultancy field has obtained quick paces of development, achieved great success marking Vietnamese cultural identity and supported with all its best efforts for all works irrespective of its being come into existence late.
To date, our main activity is to provide the consultancy and design services as well as supervision consultancy services for the building and industrial projects. The details are as follows.

HUMAN RESOURCES
Consultancy – Design Department maintains and organizes our staff working in groups in which each individual is a link in a chain, encourages all staff continuously to enhance and collect their knowledge so as to support each other and promote their skills as required in their jobs.
Consultancy – Design Department has 30 staff and part-time collaborator.
In each project, to achieve high working efficiency and facilitate the monitoring and supervision of the works, we divide our project staff into levels or respective teams. They are:
